Sometimes I like Lunch Food for Breakfast

Breakfast- Black coffee and a tempeh reuben (400 calories)

Jumped on the elliptical for some quick cardio- 15 minutes

Jumped on the elliptical for a quick cardio sesh- 15 minutes

 

Then I did some Skinny Bitch- 5x5 from the Boot Camp DVD (25 minutes)

Snack was an tiny apple with almond butter (150 calories)

 

Lunch- slaw and a few pieces of roasted kabocha squash (200 calories)

Saw this ridiculous car after my interview- what an idiot.

Starbucks Snack- Hubby and I shared a Soy Rooibos Vanilla Latte and one of these yummy Raw bars by Two Moms in the Raw (180 calories)- hubbys finger got in the picture oops!

 

Dinner: Roasted Kabocha Squash (dressed with coconut oil, chili powder, S&P), Baked Tempeh (baked in tamari, korean BBQ sauce and splash of water), and Sauteed Cabbage (sauteed with nooch, chili flakes, S&P)- (300 calories)

 

Ending the night with some caramel tea
